Giorgio Lazzarini is an experienced solicitor specialised in family office services, banking law, compliance, contract law, national and international M&A and private equity transactions. Giorgio Lazzarini provides advice on general corporate and commercial law matters as well as on employment law. He regularly supports start-ups, entrepreneurs, financial intermediaries and other nationally and internationally active companies. Finally, Giorgio Lazzarini has many years of proven experience in the field of offshore start-ups and advises on all kinds of contractual, commercial, corporate and regulatory matters. Complex company structures in Switzerland and abroad are one of his main areas of expertise. He has been working at Kohli Urbach Rechtsanwälte AG since February 2014.

Giorgio Lazzarini completed his Master’s degree at the University of Zurich in 2014. He speaks German, English and French and has good command of Standard Chinese [Mandarin].
