Education

Puskal Biswas has acquired in the year 1999 at the Fachhochschule in Baden, Switzerland his Master degree as Business Economist HWV FH. His qualification is furthermore underlined as Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and as Trust Estate Practitioner (TEP). He speaks German, English, French, Bengali and has furthermore good practice in Spanish.

Professional experience

Puskal Biswas has over 20 years of professional experience in the financial, fiduciary and trust sector including setting up of complex Single-Family Office (SFO) and Multi-Family Office (MFO) structures and organizations. He has proficient knowledge in applying the Swiss Financial Law as well as the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) including accounting / auditing of Swiss GAAP FER, international accounting standards (IFRS, US-GAAS and US-GAAP) and in cooperating with institutions such as FINMA und self-regulation bodies such as VQF and ARIF. He works for Kohli Urbach Rechtsanwälte AG in Zurich since October 2024.
