Education

Puskal Biswas earned his Master's degree in Business Economics from Fachhochschule in Baden, Switzerland, in 1999 (HWV FH). His qualifications are further enhanced by certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Trust Estate Practitioner (TEP). He is fluent in German, English, French, and Bengali, and has a good command of Spanish.

Professional experience

Puskal Biswas boasts over 20 years of professional experience in the financial, fiduciary, and trust sectors, including the establishment of complex Single-Family Office (SFO) and Multi-Family Office (MFO) structures and organizations. He has profound knowledge in applying Swiss Financial Law and the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), including the accounting and auditing of Swiss GAAP FER, international accounting standards (IFRS, US-GAAS, and US-GAAP), and in collaborating with institutions such as FINMA and self-regulation bodies like VQF and ARIF. He has been working for Kohli Urbach Rechtsanwälte AG in Zurich since October 2024.
