She provides advice to natural persons and legal entities in complex national and international tax law issues, in particular self-employment, international spouses, qualification issues and conflicts of international partnership structures (GmbH & Co. KG structures, GbR and KG under German law, silent participations, etc.), restructuring and succession planning, withholding tax law, tax criminal law, place of actual administration and substantive issues in an international context as well as conducting legal remedies.
